Your perimeter is gone — remote work and cloud mean the old network model no longer protects you

We design and implement Zero Trust architecture that verifies every user, device, and connection — eliminating implicit trust and containing lateral movement when breaches occur.

The challenges you're facing

VPN giving trusted network access to anyone with credentials — one compromised account means full internal access

Lateral movement from a compromised endpoint reaching critical systems because the internal network is flat

Remote work and BYOD creating access control gaps that the legacy perimeter model cannot address

Zero Trust: Verify Everything, Trust Nothing

We design and implement Zero Trust architecture aligned to NIST SP 800-207. Implementation covers identity-centric access (strong MFA, conditional access), device trust enforcement (endpoint compliance before access), micro-segmentation (application-level access vs network-level), encrypted east-west traffic inspection, privileged access management, and continuous behavioural monitoring. Every access decision is evaluated — no implicit trust based on network location.

Financial Services — 1,200 employees hybrid

Before

Site-to-site VPN giving all remote employees full internal network access. Lateral movement simulation (internal pentest) reached domain controllers from a standard user workstation in 4 hops.

After

Zero Trust implemented: identity-based application access via ZTNA, device compliance enforced, micro-segmentation preventing east-west movement, PAM for privileged access.

Lateral movement attack path eliminated (retest confirmed). VPN-related incidents reduced by 100%. Compliance audit passed on Zero Trust architecture evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from enterprise and mid-market teams across India and internationally.

What is Zero Trust and why do I need it?
Zero Trust is a security model that eliminates implicit trust — no user, device, or application is trusted by default, even inside your network. Every access request is verified based on identity, device health, location, and behaviour. It contains breaches by preventing lateral movement even when an attacker has a foothold.
How long does Zero Trust implementation take?
A complete Zero Trust implementation is a journey of 12–36 months depending on organisation size and complexity. We take a phased approach: Phase 1 (identity and MFA, 4–8 weeks), Phase 2 (device trust and ZTNA, 8–16 weeks), Phase 3 (micro-segmentation and continuous monitoring, 16–24 weeks).
Do I need to replace all my existing security tools?
Not necessarily. Zero Trust is a strategy, not a product. We often leverage existing investments in Microsoft, Okta, or Palo Alto and configure them to implement Zero Trust principles. We identify gaps where new tooling is genuinely needed vs where configuration changes achieve the goal.
How does Zero Trust affect the employee experience?
Done correctly, Zero Trust improves the employee experience. ZTNA replaces slow VPN with fast, application-specific access. SSO means fewer passwords. Device compliance enforcement is mostly invisible once configured. The friction is in the first 30 days as users adapt, then it becomes seamless.
